Collection:
You are welcome to collect your purchase from our studio in Bedfordshire (5 minutes from Woburn Safari Park). This is strictly by appointment only.
Delivery:
All our products are handmade and made to order to ensure that they are fresh on arrival. We guarantee that your items will leave the workshop within 2 working days from the time ordered (excluding Saturday and Sunday) if you select standard delivery.
We will send all items via a courier service to ensure safe delivery. Parcels typically take 3-5 working days to reach their destination and will require a signature on arrival.
We use Royal Mail for items weighing less than 1kg.

All our postage is calculated by weight and we have provided a guide below:
Cards and Tags – Free
0kg – 1kilo = £2.75 ( Small items such as Jewellery,Single Jars, Fish & Chips and Treasure Bags)
Up to 2 kilo – £3.99 (Medium items such as Tuck Bag, Shopper and Sweet & Charming Precious)
Up to 5 kilo = £4.99 ( Large items such as Little Sweet Shop and large Hampers)
Up to 10 kilo = £6.99 (Extra large items such as the Ultimate Hamper)
Worldwide/Overseas
We are happy to post items up to 1kg to our customers overseas.
